My name is Mary Batchelor, MSPT - I am a in home Physical Therapist with over two decades of experience helping people to achieve their goals and reach their potentials! I received my Masters Degree of Science in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. I am a native of Baldwinsville and have a passion for helping those in my community.
Vitality PT of CNY was established in 2025. Over the years, I have listened to many people talk about the barriers of receiving outpatient Physical Therapy and reaching their goals to move better, feel better. I established Vitality PT as a mobile practice because I saw the critical need for outpatient PT services to also reach people outside of the traditional clinic walls. This is vital in order to thrive and prosper - for the sake of our own VITALITY. It became obvious that a mobile practice was critical, where that same outpatient / facility-based care comes into the privacy and comfort of your home.
Being active is a cornerstone of my life. I want to help people reach the level of activity they are looking for whether it be due to injury, surgery or just life interrupting life. I enjoy running, hiking, biking and spending time with my family and friends. If I’m not at home, you can probably find me in the Adirondacks!

Vitality Mobile Physical Therapy is GREAT!. Mary is very knowledgeable and patient. She customizes therapy to your needs and ability constantly changing things up so you are not bored. Having someone come to the house for PT is great especially when you can't drive. She worked with me after a TKR and I am walking well with no limp. She will push you but in a good way. I would highly recommend her.
